If you wish to make a reservation/booking for transportation services with us, please consider the following:


1. To request a service, click on the tabs labeled 'Book' available on the Home page and as a permanent link at the top and bottom of the website.


2. Follow the steps provided to complete the online reservation-booking indicated at all times and fill in the necessary details.


3. All service requests (reservations/bookings) must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your departure time.


4. Once a reservation/booking has been made following the mentioned procedure, you will receive an email to the address you provided. In the body of the email, we will confirm your reservation and provide you with the assigned number, which you will need to use for any actions related to your reservation/booking.


5. If you have not printed the voucher with the details of your purchase during the online booking process, you can enter the 'My Reservation' tab with the reservation number we will send you by email and obtain your voucher and print it.


6. Please verify that the details of your reservation are correct. If not, please inform us in advance. The company is not responsible for incorrect data entered.


7. You must present the voucher to the vehicle driver at the start of the journey and before using the service. Otherwise, the driver may refuse to provide the transfer.


8. The prices displayed are per person for Shuttle services. For private and adapted services, the price is per vehicle.


9. Special luggage (bicycles, surfboards, golf clubs, etc.) will be charged at the price stipulated in the online purchase process.


10. Modifications can be made up to 72 hours before the first (or only) leg of the transfer you have booked. You must send any modification requests by email to reservas.canarias@alsa.es.


11. We are not responsible for missed flights on your part or errors in making the reservation. Any errors must be reported to reservas.canarias@alsa.es.
